Healthy Green Snack

My answer to hunger today-

Healthy Green Snack:
Ingredients: Green beans, Shitake mushrooms, and Gai Choy [yes, I've been shopping at the Asian grocery store too much.]

Instructions: Saute a pinch of chopped ginger in oil, then add veggies. Season with Memmi Soup base and sea salt.  Eat with chop sticks!
