Sunflower Seed Chutney
I have this on toast with Avocados and sprouts.Ground up Raw Sunflower seeds
Ground up Cumin
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Ghee
Lightly roast the mixture in a small amount of ghee. Be careful not to let the sunflower seeds burn, (which they can quite easily).
